Using the Kitchen

We invite our guests to use our spacious country kitchen as their own during specified times. We hope that everyone cooks (and cleans) with the same ease that they would in their own home. We provide all cooking utensils, dish ware, a fridge, stove, oven and Tupperware. Thursdays through Sundays, the kitchen is not available to guests past noon, as our chef is hard at work creating bomb diggity food that requires the love of all burners/oven space. Guests are not permitted to use the kitchen at night after dinner service. On holiday weeks, the restaurant will likely be open every night, and will not be available for personal use after noon.

COOKING AND DRINKING

Our vision is to create a sense of community at our hostel through the culture of cooking & eating together. On days when our chef is not here (Monday – Wednesday), we hope you’ll enjoy cooking in our kitchen. Guests may use the kitchen daily until noon. We have a full liquor license and will be happy to provide any libations for your meals, but guests are not permitted to bring their own alcohol into the building.

Provisions

If you’d like to cook for yourself, bring your own groceries, or grab some local Vermont fixings in Ludlow’s grocery stores.
